Organized in 1915, Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church has always had care, concern and compassion for people, especially residents of this community and the surrounding area. That continues to be the case as we enter 2010. The members of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church have a 21st century vision of building relationships, touching lives and changing hearts, all for the glory of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At Mt. Zion, you'll find a church focused on the Word of God, a wonderful group of loving Christians, a vibrant and varied music program, and much more!

The Plan of Salvation


A - Admit you need a Savior.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23

B - Believe in Christ Alone.

"He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation" - John 5:24

C - Commit to Jesus Christ.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" - Romans 10:13
